"We don't do drug testing and won't be anytime soon. I'll have to sack most of my staff!" Is a quote I hear all too often when I talk about what my company does.
Usually with a following chuckle!
But when I tell people that I can....
● Reduce sick days
● Improve staff performance
● Reduce accidents and injuries
● Reduce mistakes and wastage
● Reduce their overheads
● Increase their revenue
● Increase production
● Reduce staff turnover AND
● Increase company reputation
They are all ears!
The positive benefits of conducting workplace drug testing far outweigh any negative benefits a company may perceive there is.
Drug and alcohol testing, when conducted correctly by a trained person, should only benefit a company.
It's designed to help everyone.
